Torterra

I love the concept of Torterra (I love turtles, plus it reminds me of A'Tuin of Discworld fame) but very much dislike the way it's portrayed in all of Pokemon's official artwork. How is it even possible to mess up a turtle-based creature that badly?

So, I decided to draw it in a way that's about three times more believable but still more or less true to the original design!

Edit: A few hours after initially uploading this I made some small but vastly improving edits mostly regarding the composition.

Super Edit: Nearly ten years after initially uploading this, I replaced it with a vastly superior version made much more recently but still several years ago. Trying to save face, I suppose.
